Respect and Inclusion, “I have really enjoyed today, the course material created by Steven was FABULOUS!"  With Staffordshire County Council, Dec 2024

Respect and Inclusion with Staffordshire County Council.

I’ll be honest faithful blog readers, it was a tad bizarre that I decided to revamp the course in December of all months, but I thought, ‘nah, it needs updating!’  If I’m not stretched then neither are the learners, so out with the old and in with the new.

All new tasks. All new games.  Totally interactive.  As you all know, no death by PowerPoint with my training!  The new films were something of a hit and it was a grand to hear so much laughter echoing around the training room, PLUS the rather thoughtful silence when people watched Jamie’s movingly honest film.

As always, a massive thank you to all at Staffordshire County Council for having me.

The feedback is below, do take a look and see what the folks had to say…

“Excellent training.  A really good insight and the films brought the training to life.  Thank you Steven for creating this for us.”

“A very interesting course which was interactive and had lots of practical elements which helps me to embed the learning.  The trainers (Steve and Di) were excellent.”

“Really informative, it was engaging throughout the day.  Informative and also fun.”

“Another great session with Steven, very interactive and fun.  Steven is so knowledgeable about equality and diversity and I’m thankful that Steven is our trainer.  He makes training so much fun.  When I walked into the classroom, I said to my colleague (who hadn’t met Steve before), ‘We will have a great time!’ And we did.”

“Let’s be honest, it is always great training with Steven, I will continue to embed respect and inclusion into all that I do with my team.  Thank you Steven 😊”

“I have really enjoyed today, the course material created by Steven was FABULOUS!  As were both the trainers.  Thank you 😊 PS lots to think about and Jamie’s film really opened my eyes to a difficult subject.”

“I really enjoyed the training, it was delivered so well, I really understood the aims and objectives of the course (I often don’t!) and I was learning with each activity.  I am going to embed some of the things that I was taught today into the activities that I’m doing with the young people that I work with.”

“Valuable learning delivered by professionals who made the course both interesting and informative.”

“This was the most informative training, lots of opportunities to reflect and discuss in an arena that was safe to do so, with no judgments.”
